General Information
Cameras:
Photographing or recording the performance is strictly prohibited.
Performance Times:
We make every effort to begin performances at the designated start time. We appreciate your cooperation in your efforts to be at the Theatre and in your seat prior to this time. In the event that it becomes necessary for a performance to have a late start, we appreciate your patience.
Latecomers Policy:
As a courtesy to other patrons and to the performers, latecomers and those who exit the theater during the performance will not be admitted into the auditorium until an appropriate interval as determined by the ushers.
Seating:
Accessible locations for patrons with mobility impairments are available on an individual show basis. Along with advance notice, it is recommended that patrons using wheelchairs be accompanied by a companion to provide assistance. Seating for one accompanying patron is available next to the wheelchair space. Additional guests in your party are seated as near as possible. Theatre Entrance:
The entrance to the Theatre is located on the second level. Patrons needing assistance with seating should wait by the side door on the lower level and an usher will assist them.
Will-Call:
The Will-Call window is located on the second level and opens 1/2 hour prior to performances for ticket sales and pick-up.
Ticketing Policies
All sales are final.
Every person entering the theater needs a ticket, regardless of age.
Children:
Children are welcome at most WHS vocal music events! As a courtesy to other patrons and the performers, please bear in mind that it is not appropriate for small children to attend vocal music ior musical theatre performances where silence is a prerequisite for full enjoyment of the artistic experience. Babies in arms are not permitted in all cases.

Refreshments:
Drinks and snacks are often available for purchase before the performance and during intermission. At no time will food or drinks be allowed into the Theatre.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on school grounds.
